Outside the gym, Gaby is a mother of four who enjoys outdoor activities, especially summer camping trips. She loves tacos, pasta, and dark chocolate sea salt goodies.

Ashley, once accepting of being overweight, transformed her mindset and body through Transform FX Fitness and now aims to guide others as the 6 Week Challenge coordinator.

She's there to answer our members' nutrition-related questions, provide motivation, and support challengers in the gym. Her own journey from "thick" to "fit" motivates her to help others overcome hurdles and live healthier, happier lives.

Outside the gym, Ashley loves hiking and indulging in a burger and animal fries from In-N-Out. She's passionate about coming up with healthy recipes and enjoys lower body workout days at TFX.

He reminds everyone that their fitness journey is unique, discouraging comparisons and fostering a supportive environment. Jonathan is motivated by being a part of the members' journey, offering encouragement and energy to help them through their workouts.

He is ASFA certified in group fitness and bootcamp and enjoys spending quality time with his family and his demanding Boerboel Oso. His personal indulgence is the waffle sandwich at Vic's in Martinez, CA.
